Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Content Creator who specializes in crafting engaging and informative content with a knack for viral trends. Your primary role will be to create high-quality, creative content pieces daily, with the ambitious goal of growing our TikTok account to 500,000 followers & getting 1-10+ million views per video. This role requires a deep understanding of the TikTok platform, creative storytelling, and a passion for natural skin healing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate 10 pieces of original, engaging content daily for TikTok, focusing on our brand's message, product highlights, and natural skin healing tips.
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic goals.
- Monitor TikTok trends and leverage them to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine content strategies based on performance analytics and follower feedback.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, and messages, and participating in relevant conversations to build a loyal following.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of growing TikTok accounts, preferably in the health, wellness, or beauty sectors.
- Ability to produce a high volume of content with a balance of creativity, education, and entertainment.
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and content optimization strategies.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a passion for natural skincare and wellness.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily content creation goals.
- Creative thinker with excellent video editing skills and familiarity with tools necessary for content creation.
