We encourage you to use the product consistently for at least 20 days. Skin healing isn’t instant, and meaningful change often takes time. This trial is designed to give your body that time.


How the trial works

  • Start using Universal Flare Care as soon as it arrives.

  • Apply a generous layer twice a day, morning and night. Cover the area with cotton gauze to keep the product in place. Flare Care works to reduce redness, relieve discomfort, and speed up recovery.

  • If it’s not working for you, return the jar before Day 28 using the prepaid return label in your account.

  • If we don’t receive a return by Day 28 (based on delivery date), your card will be charged the full product price.

  • Because this is a trial‑based offer, refunds can’t be issued after the charge is processed.

We’ve designed this to be clear and easy for you.


Order Cancellations

To ensure fast shipping, TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT orders begin processing immediately after checkout.

Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

Even if your order has already been processed, you can still receive it, use it consistently for up to 28 days, and decide if it’s right for your skin.

If it’s not a fit, simply return the Universal Flare Care within the trial window and we’ll guide you through the process.

Any additional products added to your order are not eligible for refund or return.
