However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to update, correct, or cancel any order due to pricing inaccuracies, inventory changes, address errors, or suspicious activity.

We may cancel or refuse an order at our sole discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment and the customer will be notified.

Payments & Currency

All payments must be processed in full before orders are fulfilled. Orders placed from Canada will be charged in CAD. All other international orders will be charged in USD.

All prices, including applicable taxes and shipping rates, will be displayed clearly prior to final checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing, currency settings, or shipping policies at any time without prior notice.

Authorized Use & Resale Restrictions

Products sold by MyMagicHealer Natural Corporation are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Purchases are not authorized for resale, redistribution, export, or commercial exploitation unless expressly approved by MyMagicHealer in writing.

MyMagicHealer does not authorize third-party resellers or distributors at this time. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that appears to be placed for resale, export, or commercial distribution, including but not limited to bulk or repetitive purchases or orders shipped to freight forwarding services.

MyMagicHealer products are formulated, labeled, and marketed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in our authorized markets, currently Canada and the United States. We do not authorize the resale or commercial distribution of our products in jurisdictions where we do not actively operate.

MyMagicHealer assumes no responsibility for regulatory compliance, labeling modifications, marketing claims, storage conditions, handling, or other legal obligations arising from unauthorized resale or distribution outside our authorized markets. Any such resale or distribution is undertaken without affiliation or endorsement by MyMagicHealer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays or fulfillment delays beyond our control. Shipping confirmation and tracking will follow when applicable.

Delivery timeframes may vary based on shipping carrier, destination, or customs procedures. We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or governmental actions.

Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

However, for first-time customers, we offer a one-time 30-day satisfaction guarantee for individual-use salves. If you are not satisfied with your first jar, please contact us at contact@mymagichealer.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a brief explanation of your experience.

Refunds apply to the product price only and are subject to verification.

We also support customers with missing, damaged, or misdelivered shipments. All requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the information necessary to process your order, provide transactional updates, and offer support. This includes your name, shipping address, email, and payment method.

Not many people know this but I want to share just incase anyone else secretly struggles with HS (Hidradenitis suppurativa) as well.
